2026/2027 Tuition — B.Sc. Computer Science

Tuition for the pioneer cohort of Caleb University CUDLC is competitively priced and includes all academic costs — lectures, asynchronous learning materials, supervised assessments, library and database subscriptions, the learning platform, and student support. Hostel accommodation is not applicable for distance learners.

Payment Plans

Session tuition can be paid in full or split into instalments:

  • Plan A (Full): 100% on or before resumption — qualifies for a 5% early-bird discount
  • Plan B (Two instalments): 60% before resumption + 40% before mid-semester
  • Plan C (Three instalments): 50% before resumption + 30% mid-semester + 20% before exams

Scholarships & Financial Aid

  • Zenith Bank/Caleb University Scholarship — covers up to 100% of tuition for outstanding candidates
  • Caleb Merit Scholarship — partial tuition waiver for the top 5% of admitted candidates per session
  • Children of Clergy & Missionaries Discount — 15% tuition waiver for verified children of full-time ministers
  • Sibling Discount — 10% off the second sibling's tuition when two siblings are concurrently enrolled
  • Staff Spouse/Dependent Waiver — generous waivers for spouses and dependents of Caleb staff

How to Pay

  • Online (recommended): Through the student portal using debit card, bank transfer, or USSD via Paystack/Flutterwave
  • Bank deposit: Direct deposit to the Caleb University tuition account at any branch (account details on the student portal payment page)
  • POS: At any authorised Caleb representative branch in major Nigerian cities

Always confirm payments with the Bursary office. Keep all receipts safe — they are required during examinations and matriculation.

No. The application fee is non-refundable, regardless of admission outcome. It covers processing, screening, and the interview slot.
Do you offer scholarships?
Yes — including the Zenith Bank/Caleb University Scholarship for outstanding candidates and merit-based partial awards for top JAMB scorers. The 2025/2026 round is the first to extend to CUDLC distance learners. See the Tuition & Fees page for the current scholarship list.
When are fees due?
Fees are payable per semester. The application fee is due on submission. The acceptance fee is due within 14 days of receiving your admission letter. Tuition for each semester is due before the start of that semester — exact deadlines are published on the academic calendar.
What payment channels do you accept?
Caleb pay portal (online card/transfer via Paystack/Flutterwave), direct bank deposit to the Caleb University tuition account, and POS payment at any authorised partner branch.
Are there scholarships or payment plans?
Yes — CUDLC offers a limited number of pioneer-cohort scholarships covering up to 50% of tuition for outstanding candidates. We also accept **per-semester instalment plans** (typically 2 instalments per semester) for tuition. Contact the admissions office for details.
